What is early direct deposit?
With early direct deposit, you don’t have to wait for payday. You get your money up to two days early, meaning you can start paying bills, spending, saving and more, all ahead of schedule. It’s another benefit that helps you get ahead of the game and stay on top of your finances.
Which accounts are eligible for early direct deposit?
Early direct deposit is available for any account with direct deposit set up. That can include Free Checking,2 Membership Savings and money market accounts.
When should I expect my money?
When we make funds available will depend on when we get information from your employer or payer. It can vary from deposit to deposit.
How do I enroll in early direct deposit?
You automatically get early direct deposit if you have direct deposit set up! If not, setting it up is easy.
First, you’ll need your routing and account numbers. If your employer uses an automated system, you can enter them directly on that platform. If not, fill out this form and submit it to your employer.
How do I know if I received an early direct deposit?
You can set up alerts in Online Banking or on our top-rated mobile app so you’ll know when your paycheck lands in your account. Plus, you can get notifications for transactions, debit card purchases and more. If you don’t want alerts, you can sign in to Online Banking or our app to see recent activity and available funds.

Early access to direct deposit funds is a free and automatic feature, dependent on the timing of the payment file submission from your payer. Funds are generally made available on the day the payment file is received, which may be up to two business days earlier than the scheduled payment date. If your deposit does not arrive early, expect it to be available on your scheduled pay date. Standard fraud prevention restrictions apply. Not all direct deposits qualify for early access. Early availability of funds is not guaranteed and may vary with each deposit.
